Facelift

DR. FRANK LISTA: The key to a facelift is that it has to look natural and I think that if a patient has someone come up to them and say wow your face looks great then the operation was a failure. Patients need to look rested. They need to look like they have been away on a holiday. What I tell them is that they look ten years younger and you won’t look tight, you won’t look fake, you won’t look twenty years younger. No one should know or detect that you have had a facelift. And if a patient says to me no I want it to be tight. I want all my friends to notice then I usually tell them they need to go someplace else. That’s not really what we are trying to do here.
