Who is the patient you are looking for? There are two distinct groups. The first group is the young woman in her twenties or thirties who just realizes that this is all they are going to get from life is the breast they have and decides that they want to be different. They want a fuller look. The second group is women who had nice looking breasts until they had children and they say Dr. Lista what happened? My breasts used to be great. Now it is all gone or it has drooped or it doesn’t look the way it used to so that’s what we call restorative breast augmentation and those patients are typically older. They have had their children, they are in their late thirties, forties and who say I want to recapture what I once had so there are two distinct groups and they make great patients.
